If you have ordered an ASRA Discounted Starter Kit through your OMS account, or if you plan to, please be aware of the following information, and plan your order accordingly!
In order to provide the discount, both orders and shipping are completed in bulk. This means the timeline from when you place your order to when you receive your uniform will be longer than you may be used to.
Orders are submitted to Official Sports each Monday. Official Sports will then begin filling orders and ship all orders Wednesday or Thursday. From that date, most in Arizona are receiving their shipment in 6-10 business days.
Note that there are several factors which could impact the timeline. Official Sports is a family-owned business located in Indiana. In contrast to some other mega online retailers, they do not have the same network to get your order to your door on the same day it was placed. In addition, there continue to be delays with the shipping network which could lengthen delivery time.
Please be aware of these factors when considering whether to take advantage of the discounted starter kit. As an alternate plan, you may order directly through Official Sports at the normal retail rate.
