  • You are coming to referee a tournament but do not live in Arizona

TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Complete the TRANSFER REQUEST FORM HERE to create an account in our registration system, OMS.

  2. Log in to your USSoccer Learning Center account and add Arizona State Referee Committee to your “Relationships” section of your profile.
