ASSESSMENT REQUESTS


Assessments may be requested for Developmental purposes, Maintenance, or Upgrade.
Prior to submitting an Upgrade Assessment Request, please ensure you are eligible for upgrade and meet the proper requirements.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Log in to OMS

2. Click ‘Return to Member Home Page’

3. Select ‘Request Referee Assessment’ from the drop down menu

4. Complete all fields in the request form

5. Click ‘Submit’

Once an Assessor has been confirmed for your match, you will get an automated email from OMS using the address azref-message@…
Upon receiving this email, there is nothing further for you to do unless the match details change.
