Todd Sergi has served on the State Referee Committee since 2015 in which he held the position of the State Youth Referee Administrator. He was appointed the State Referee Administrator in November 2019 and also serves as the State Director of Assignment. He earned his referee license in 1987 from West Virginia, Todd has been an active referee in Arizona since 2013 and was a Regional Referee from 2014-2019.

Todd has been developing commercial real estate since 2010 and also serves on the local advisory board and speakers bureau for Feed My Starving Children
