Todd Sergi served on the State Referee Committee since 2015, holding the position of State Youth Referee Administrator before being appointed State Referee Administrator in November 2019. He stepped down from the SRA role in 2025 and now serves as Executive Chairperson. Todd earned his referee license in 1987 from West Virginia and has been an active referee in Arizona since 2013, serving as a Regional Referee from 2014–2019.

Todd has been developing commercial real estate since 2010 and also serves on the local advisory board and speakers bureau for Feed My Starving Children.
