AYSO / USSF Referees who want to Cross-Certify
Cross-certification is available to referees of AYSO and USSF who have been certified as referees for six months or more and who are not certified with both organizations. AYSO and USSF games may be applied toward the certification requirements of either AYSO or USSF. The diagonal system of control is the only recognized system of control.

If you are an AYSO Referee who wants to register with the United States Soccer Federation, you must download and fill out both the USSF Registration Form and the AYSO-USSF Cross Certification Form. Both forms must be sent to Dan Christy, State Referee Administrator (SRA) for Arizona along with the $45.00 registration fee for Grade 7 or $40.00 registration fee for Grade 8.
